5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. User Conduct
All users must treat drivers with respect. Offensive language, harassment, or abuse towards drivers or staff will result in account suspension or legal action. Misuse of our service for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
